and communities across all 12 governorates of Jordan to advance inclusion.Through a rights-based, community-driven approach, it provides rehabilitation,inclusive education, assistive devices, outreach, and capacity-building programs,reaching nearly 4,000 beneficiaries each year.

Welcome to the website of Al Hussein Society – Jordan Center for Training and Inclusion.

For more than five decades, our Society has remained committed to promoting inclusion, dignity, and equal opportunities for persons with disabilities through comprehensive, evidence-based, and rights-based services. At Al Hussein Society, we believe that inclusion is not only a humanitarian responsibility, but a fundamental pillar for sustainable development and stronger communities.

Mission & Vision

Vision

Our Vision is to contribute in creating an inclusive society where each person with and without disabilities can enjoy his/her full rights and becomes a productive member – CBID.

Vision

Our mission is to provide comprehensive, affordable and accessible rehab services and training to persons with and without disabilities from day one till elderly at institutional and community levels supported with income generating projects to ensure their sustainability.

What Distinguishes us

Al Hussein Society is distinguished by its rights-based application of Community-Based Inclusive Development (CBID), delivering comprehensive, life-cycle services that respond to the diverse needs of persons with disabilities. Our programs are designed to support individuals at every stage of life: from early intervention services for children with disabilities from birth to six years, to differentiated and inclusive education for students aged six to fourteen, and specialized rehabilitation services for both children and adults. In parallel, we invest in building national capacity by training university students and future professionals to advance inclusive practices across sectors.

At Al Hussein Society – Jordan Center for Training and Inclusion, our programs serve diverse target populations across the life cycle through specialized, integrated interventions.

Strategy Development Process

The process began with an in-depth SWOT analysis, identifying key strengths, challenges, and opportunities. This was followed by data collection and situation analysis to provide a clear understanding of current realities. Each department then formulated its own strategic direction, which was later harmonized into a cohesive organizational framework. A structured action plan was established to outline clear steps for execution, ensuring feasibility and measurable impact. The final strategy was refined and documented to serve as a practical roadmap for sustainable growth and development.
