Nursing
is a profession that assumes responsibility for the continuous care of the sick, the injured, the disabled, and the dying. Nursing is also responsible for encouraging the health of individuals, families, and communities in medical and community settings.
AHS provides nursing services and medical follow up, such as:
1. Preventing accidents by giving the children instructions and instructional classes.
2. Morning rounds (the nurse checks on all the students).
3. Checking on students if they have ulcerations.
4. Integration visits.
5. Emergency cases follow up.
6. Training the students to do urinary catheterization.
