AHS Primary Differentiated Education
Here school-age children are welcomed into the school community, regardless of their abilities and challenges where each child will receive the educational support and the unique services according to his/ her needs.
Expected benefits and target population:
All children between five- 10 years old –with and without disabilities- are welcome at AHS School for primary differentiated education. It ensures access to high quality of differentiated education by assigning multidisciplinary team, modification of curriculum, provision of assistive technology, environmental adaptation. This to meet the individual needs of the children based on comprehensive assessment by multidisciplinary team.
AHS Primary Inclusive School Team:
Headed by special educator consultant, of 25 years of experience, and multidisciplinary team (teacher, co-teacher, special education teacher, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, educational counselor and nurse) of 5-15 years’ experience. They work together to ensure students’ progress in their social, emotional and academic goals that were set based on previously made comprehensive assessment.
